What to know before your first installation and publishing task.
Which version can I download?
Windows x64 is the current desktop release. An unsigned Apple Silicon Mac development preview is listed separately on the download page. Intel Mac, Linux and mobile installers are not available.
How do I register?
Install Astrion, open the registration screen and use email or Google. Email registration requires confirming the message sent to your inbox.
How do I recover my password?
Choose “Forgot password” in the app, enter your email and follow the recovery link. The page lets you set a new password.
Do I need Feishu?
No. Feishu and system modes have separate tasks and schedules and share the accounts in your account list. They can run together; browser environment management is also available independently.
Can I import existing environments?
Import from BitBrowser or AdsPower is available. Review the imported account and proxy settings before opening an environment.
Why can my IP differ from another browser?
The selected environment proxy, system proxy and network routing may differ. Recheck IP from the environment’s More menu and compare the same network route.
Does cloud login synchronize my browser data?
Yes, in the supported Windows app and Mac development preview. Account data saves automatically; opening an environment restores its last saved website state. Account data and schedules save in the background; after both devices upgrade to 0.3.20, automatic publishing requires exclusive account ownership; source schedules remain separate and versions 0.3.12 and earlier do not follow this protocol. Supported Windows and Mac versions use the same bundled Chromium 148. Tabs not saved by early development versions cannot be recovered. Local media, saved passwords, extensions and device permissions are not transferred.
How do updates work?
The installed app can check for updates and download them in the background. Installation starts after you choose to restart; running publishing tasks finish first.
How can I get help?
Email support@astrion.app with your app version, operating system and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, cookies, tokens or proxy credentials.
Does closing a bulk-generation dialog stop the tasks?
No. Submitted tasks continue in the background while the app remains running. Reopen the dialog to see generating, queued and unresolved counts. Stop later generation only stops tasks that have not been submitted.
Can the strategy Agent analyze my sales data?
It can use existing sales records from your account’s Data Center or summaries of uploaded tables. It distinguishes reporting periods and missing data. Review strategy drafts before choosing to start production. AI analysis and generation may incur model costs.
What if the platform rejects a product-link name?
A first explicit prohibited-word response can try one built-in link display label in the same dialog, retaining the catalog title, PID and selected product. Continued rejection or an unconfirmed result stops that task for manual review, without cycling labels or uploading media again. Other validation and unknown reasons do not trigger this fallback. Old failed tasks are not automatically reposted.
Can several Feishu bases publish together? How are dates handled?
Yes. Select participating bases in connection settings and configure each field mapping. Tasks and results retain their source, with the same account and environment serialized. Built-in simple templates use publishing status. Unscheduled tasks are skipped; due dates use the document time zone’s calendar date without changing upstream dates.
