Privacy notice

Updated 14 October 2026. This notice describes the Astrion account service.

Account data

We use your email, display name, profile photo when supplied, account identifier and team membership to provide sign-in and account management. Google sign-in uses only your basic identity and profile; Astrion does not request access to your Gmail, Drive, calendar or contacts.

Storage and service providers

Supabase provides authentication and stores account and team records in Singapore. Cloudflare hosts these account pages. Google handles optional Google sign-in. Resend is used for requested confirmation and recovery emails. Authentication pages keep their short-lived sessions in memory, without saving them to browser storage. The app encrypts remembered sessions with operating-system encryption and does not save your login password.

Login devices

For device management, Astrion stores a random installation identifier, operating system type and version, app version, login time and last activity time. These are linked to your login session so you can sign out other devices. Astrion does not collect a hardware serial number, computer hostname or operating-system username for this feature. Device records are removed when the linked session is removed.

Local business data

Browser environments, site cookies, proxies, Feishu configuration and publishing data currently remain on your computer. This account integration does not synchronize those records to the cloud.

Your account

You can update your name, photo and password in the app. Contact support@astrion.app for account access, correction or deletion requests.

Astrion menggunakan email, nama, foto profil jika diberikan, identitas akun dan keanggotaan tim untuk login. Google hanya digunakan untuk identitas dasar, bukan Gmail, Drive, kalender atau kontak. Supabase menyimpan data akun di Singapura; Cloudflare menghosting halaman ini dan Resend mengirim email akun yang diminta. Sesi halaman hanya disimpan dalam memori. Sesi yang diingat aplikasi dienkripsi oleh sistem operasi; kata sandi login tidak disimpan. Data browser, cookie, proxy, konfigurasi Feishu dan publikasi saat ini tetap di komputer. Untuk mengelola perangkat login, Astrion menyimpan identitas instalasi acak, jenis dan versi sistem operasi, versi aplikasi, waktu login dan aktivitas terakhir, yang terhubung dengan sesi login. Fitur ini tidak mengumpulkan nomor seri perangkat keras, nama komputer atau nama pengguna sistem operasi. Catatan perangkat dihapus saat sesi terkait dihapus.

隐私说明

Astrion 使用邮箱、名称、你提供的头像、账号标识和团队成员关系来提供登录与账号管理。Google 登录只使用基本身份信息，不读取 Gmail、网盘、日历或通讯录。Supabase 在新加坡保存账号与团队数据；Cloudflare 托管此页面，Resend 发送用户请求的账号邮件。网页会话只保存在内存中；应用记住的会话使用系统加密，登录密码不保存。目前浏览器环境、Cookie、代理、飞书配置和发布数据保存在本机，此次账号接入不会将其同步到云端。账号访问、更正或删除请求请联系 support@astrion.app。

设备管理会保存随机安装标识、系统类型与版本、应用版本、登录时间和最近活跃时间，并关联到登录会话，用于查看和下线其他设备。本功能不采集硬件序列号、电脑主机名或系统用户名；关联会话被删除时，设备记录同步删除。
